ADELAIDE , SA – In an industry first, Mortgage Management group Loan Ave has launched a campaign targeting the non-conforming loan sector, where no risk fees will be charged to the borrower. This campaign innovation will see the Loan Ave Ultra products stand-alone as the only provider of non-conforming finance without a risk fee. Available from 27 May 2014, the new campaign will run until further notice.
Of the campaign launch, Loan Ave Managing Director Paul Collins said, “We understand that for many borrowers in the non-conforming space interest rate isn’t the only determining factor in the decision-making process. Risk fees can be significant, and in many cases can limit the funds available for purchase. We acknowledge that risk fees impact greatly on the borrower, and have adjusted our Ultra Range of home loan products accordingly”.
Michelle Collins, Marketing Manager of Loan Ave, stated that the new campaign is part of Loan Ave’s strategy to “continue to develop the already strong relationship we have with brokers” and “to be considered a true alternative to the banks through continued product innovation”.
